​The IN-PERSON PODIUM 2026 experience will combine engaging sessions, inspiring performances and meaningful networking opportunities. Attendees will also enjoy access to select recorded conference content during and after the event through our conference app.

NEW FOR 2026:

PODIUM 2026 will feature a TWO-STREAM format.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Each Interest Session and all concerts in the Phillip T. Young Auditorium will be scheduled twice and presented to two different groups of delegates. Both streams will offer the same experience, but with a different schedule. This structure is designed to increase access to sessions and encourage deeper engagement throughout the conference.

You will choose either Stream A or B when registering.

A SINGLE DAY PASS is available for $150/day + taxes and fees.

  • IN-PERSON Conference registration includes the conference in Victoria + the digital conference app and all associated content. 
    It does not include Festival concert tickets – those are sold separately at the Festival Box Office.

    Delegates attending the PODIUM 2026 Conference in-person will have access to:

    • 10% discount code on INDIVIDUAL Festival Concert Tickets (does not apply to the already discounted FESTIVAL PASS).

    • Special delegate rates for room bookings at the University of Victoria and for tickets to the closing event. Tickets for this event are sold separately and can be purchased with your Conference registration.

    Full PODIUM 2026 pass holders will have access to all 4 days of conference content.

    • Single Day pass holders will have access to that day’s content.

  • You will also have the option to purchase the following add-ons:

    • Tickets to Closing Party ($75 each): Celebrate the end of Podium! Each ticket includes one (1) drink and hors d'œuvres. Mingle with colleagues and friends, enjoy musical performances, browse the silent auction, and end the night with the reveal of the PODIUM 2028 host city.

    • Shuttle Bus Pass ($40): The Shuttle Bus Pass offers transportation between the University of Victoria and Christ Church Cathedral on May 15 & 16, 2026. Afternoon shuttles go to the cathedral, with returns after each concert. First-come, first-served.

    • EARLY BIRD RATES APPLY FROM REGISTRATION LAUNCH UNTIL FEBRUARY 15, 2026.

      • Regular rates will be in effect February 16, 2026 - May 17, 2026.

    • Registrations will be subject to:

      • Applicable taxes: 5% (GST)

      • Fees: $1.14 per registration + 2.83% transaction fee

    Cancellation Policy – IN-PERSON CONFERENCE

    Part A - Cancellation by Delegate

    • Until March 15, 2026: Full refund, less $30 administration fee.

    • March 15 to April 30, 2026: 50% refund, less $30 administration fee.

    • From May 1, 2026: Registration is non-refundable

    Transfer of Registration:

    • A $15 administration fee will be applied for any registration transfer.

    • Delegates who are unable to attend for any reason may transfer their registration to someone else by contacting podium@choralcanada.org. PODIUM 2026 accepts no liability for the transfer of funds between delegates, nor any liability for any expenses that may have been incurred by either delegate.

    Part B - Change to Conference Delivery by Presenter

    If it is deemed necessary for PODIUM 2026 to switch to a fully online model, any “in-person” delegate registrations will be given the option to:

    A) transfer to a virtual registration and the difference will be refunded - OR -

    B) receive a full refund.
